PTO meetings are held monthly on the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 PM in the Deale Elementary School Conference Room.
Meetings are also offered virtually via Google Meet, allowing families to listen in, ask questions, and participate in discussions. A Gmail account is not required to join.
During each meeting, we discuss upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, and plans for the future. Meetings also provide a space for families to share ideas, ask questions, and find ways to get more involved in our school community.
Prior to each meeting, families will receive a meeting highlights overview, along with the virtual meeting link and an opportunity to submit questions or topics for discussion.
A copy of the meeting agenda and minutes will be available on the day of the meeting and can be shared upon request.
Following each meeting, a summary highlighting key discussion points and volunteer opportunities will be sent out to members
