PTO meetings are held monthly on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 PM in the Deale Elementary School Conference Room.
Meetings are also offered virtually via Google Meet, so families can listen in, ask questions, and join the conversation. A Gmail account is not required to participate.

During each meeting, PTO board members will share updates on what we are currently working on, upcoming events and activities, future plans, volunteer needs, and other topics affecting the PTO and our school community.

We encourage families to join in the discussion throughout the meeting. Questions, ideas, feedback, and suggestions are always welcome. Each meeting will also include an open floor for parents and family members to bring up additional topics they would like to discuss.

A list of the planned meeting topics will be shared prior to each meeting, so families can see what will be discussed and decide if there are topics they would especially like to participate in, or additional topics they'd like discussed. 

Following each meeting, PTO members will receive a copy of the meeting minutes, including a summary of the topics discussed, updates, and important information shared during the meeting.
